1. Return Eligibility

- Return Window: Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Condition of Items: Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in their original condition. This includes being free of any wear, damage, or alterations, and having all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
- Original Packaging: Items should be returned in their original packaging, including dust bags, boxes, and any additional materials.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt, must be provided to complete the return process.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygienic and security reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Customized or personalized handbags
- Items that have been worn, used, or damaged
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
3. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and the return address.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during the return process.
- Send the item back to the address provided. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days from the receipt of the returned item. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the return shipping fees.
5. Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you would like.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@watchtopic.click with your order number and photos of the item. We will provide you with a return shipping label and process a full refund or send a replacement at no additional charge.
7. International Returns
For customers outside of the United States, please note that return shipping costs and customs duties are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
